Payment

Payment is taken by cash, card or bank transfer.

Receipts are available on request.

If your treatment is covered by a private healthcare provider, then payment should be made directly to the clinic at the time of your treatment. A receipt can then be provided for you to make a claim to your healthcare provider.

Cancellation Policy

There is currently a high demand for appointments. With this in mind, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. You will be required to pay a cancellation charge for your session if you do not attend or fail to cancel within 24 hours notice of your appointment time.

Parking

There is an onsite car park.

Access

The clinic is located on the ground floor. There is also an access ramp available out the front.
